Clear support and resistance outlined on the weekly chart. Regular growth in revenue and margin is there but increased expenses relatively weigh

From a technical aspect, also taking into consideration the most recent stock split, the support base and resistance on the weekly chart is outlined via the channel. The first important support does sit a little higher at $48.11, a newly marked price following the split. Hence, a break below this level would then increase the likelihood of a move towards the lower end of the channel, or respectively, $38-$39. But unless a scenario of a move below $48 occurs, there is no reason to focus on the downside. Towards the upside, the resistance in focus is found at the upper end of the channel, with the level of $76.02 the primary focus. A break and close above this level on the weekly chart would indicate increased buying momentum with the potential then to extend the gains towards $80-$82. Currently, the stock’s share price floats around $65.57 a share. Looking at the technical indicators, the MACD has just turned positive once again and the RSI has wiggled its way out of the oversold territory, now reading 38.

From a financial perspective, the company continues to see growth in revenue and gross profit. However, in 2022 it did see a big increase in cost of goods sold and operating expenses, which led to a $-0.88 loss in earnings per share. Nevertheless, it has drastically increased its cash-on-hand pile in 2022 to $662m from $16.2m in 2021. But at the same time, Celsius took on more liabilities leading to a decline in shareholder equity. To conclude, the net cash flow is extremely positive compared to previous years, supporting any investing activities or debt payments in the upcoming years. Overall, the financials are a little mixed. Cash on hand and positive cash flow help with the sustainability of the business's overall financials, but the increase in expenses and losses may weigh in the shorter term.
